Oi Polloi was designed with craft in mind, taking into account the philosophy of the clothes, good materials and good craftmanship.
The rails were made from ash using old joining techniques to show the craft of making. The shelves were made from ash with leather straps. Seating was made from one block off wood that had been allowed to split over time, combined with the warmth from the brick and ash walls with the bar door changing room, all help to showcase craftmanship for which Oi Polloi is renowed for.
