This capsule exhibition was curated by Gary Aspden and created with Sparkle Street Events to showcase adidas footwear from a host of different collectors including Noel Gallagher, Robert Brooks and Goldie.
The brief was to make an exhibition that was modular and secure so it could be easily installed and transported from London, to Russia, Barcelona and Manchester whilst keeping the shoes safe and untouched.
Without seeing all the locations ahead of time the whole exhibition was designed to be flat-packed for transport in one container and easily remade into a new configuration to suit it’s location.
The cabinets we made from 88% recycled steel with toughened glass shelves and sides. Due to time constraints the design and manufacture was completed in 4 weeks.
