Ruben Woods was one of my first interests back in 2009, and it still looks relevant today. The overall design was inspired by making simple ideas function is bigger ways. For example cutting the mirrors on angles to create interesting shapes but also hidden storage areas. The reception desk with its modular blocks also has lots of hidden storage areas to keep the area clutter free but remain visually interesting.
The central table was created so they could easily hold events and parties. Mirrors could easily be removed along with the whole table if needed. Colour scheme inspired by Hubba Bubba wrapping paper.
